REFUND POLICY WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You may return most new, unopened items sold by High Def Arms within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Our 15 day return policy does not apply to any firearm, or NFA (Class 3) item. There are NO returns on firearms. However, if for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the receiving FFL dealer, the firearm may be returned ONLY after an RMA is obtained from High Def Arms. These RMAs will be issued on a case-by-case basis. In this instance, the customer will be responsible for return freight charges and a 10% restocking fee. Due to the required ATF approval process on NFA items, there are NO refunds on any NFA (Class 3) item once the required forms have been submitted to the ATF, unless the item is damaged during delivery.
WHEN WILL I GET MY CREDIT OR RETURN?
Most returns are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we have received and process the return of merchandise. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. If an item is being returned for a replacement, most in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days after receipt of your returned item. This may take longer depending on availability.
WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. We will send you a return shipping label for the return. To request a return authorization, please send an email to: sales@highdefarmsllc.com.
WHAT ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
If a return is due to our error, then we will pay all return shipping costs, otherwise the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If we are replacing a returned and/or a defective or incorrect item, we will ship you a replacement item at no shipping cost. When returning any merchandise, please use a traceable shipment method and insure appropriately.
FIREARMS LIFETIME GUARANTEE
High Def Arms does not warranty any firearms or NFA (Class 3) items. Most firearms and NFA (Class 3) items are warranted by the applicable manufacturer for the lifetime of the product. Customer is responsible for checking with the manufacturer for the details of any warranty before purchasing the firearm or NFA (Class 3) item from High Def Arms.
