CUSTOM WORK AGREEMENT
I hereby consent to the modification of my Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void (See manufacturer’s info for verification). It is understood that the modifications being performed will permanently alter the Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. and cannot be reversed. I understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. High Def Arms reserves the right to refuse modification to your Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. should we deem that it should not be modified in its current condition.
These Terms & Conditions release High Def Arms, any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold High Def Arms entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all right to bring a lawsuit against High Def Arms for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as High Def Arms sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your package has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created cancellation will not be accepted.
If you send us your frame/firearm or other parts/items and wish to cancel then you must cancel before work has started and there is a $100 dollar shipping and processing fee. If you wish to cancel once time and work has been put into your item we will no longer accept cancellations. If you place an order for custom work and then decide to cancel and never sent in your item there will be a $30 dollar cancellation fee.
If you place an order for a full build and wish to cancel 100% of your initial deposit will be retained or 25% of your order total will be retained if you chose to pay in full upfront. Cancellations, especially on full builds, cost us money and time.
